Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise care shifts, delegating tasks and administering medication in compliance with safety standards.
Case-manage residents by conducting risk assessments and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.
Work directly with care assistants to support residents' daily independence and assist management in service development.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) with proven experience in leading shifts and care planning.
Strong organizational, IT, and communication skills to allocate tasks and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Compassionate, resident-focused attitude with training or experience in safe medication administration.
