Your Role: What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Care Manager, you will be the face of the dining room. Your main responsibility is to provide a professional yet relaxed, homely dining experience for our residents and guests.

• Delightful Dining Service: Deliver freshly prepared meals from the kitchen to the dining areas, serving residents and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and friendly manner.

• Keep Spirits High: Ensure refreshments, snacks, and drinks are always readily available to residents throughout the day.

• Set the Stage: Set up dining tables elegantly, maintain tidy work areas, and prepare food service spaces for the next meal to ensure impeccable hygiene standards.

• Promote Independence: Adapt to the varying needs and choices of residents, helping them enjoy their meal times at their own pace.

• Exceptional Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a high-quality service to elderly residents and their visitors.

• Proactive Team Player: Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and alongside the wider kitchen and care teams.

• Eligible to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Bisley (GU24 9AB).
