Position: Patient Administration Lead (Permanent Role)

Salary: Up to £35,500.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Priory Hospital in Birmingham—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a proactive Patient Administration Lead for their Patient Administration department.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this supervisory role, you will take the helm in coordinating daily administrative activities, managing patient flow, and mentoring a dedicated team of administrative staff to ensure world-class service standards are consistently achieved.
Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the patient administration team to ensure service targets and quality standards are met.
Workforce & Task Management: Allocate tasks, oversee workforce planning, and maintain appropriate administrative cover across all hospital areas.
Patient Flow & Bookings: Ensure the smooth, efficient execution of patient bookings, admissions, discharges, and outpatient appointments.
Clinical Liaison: Work closely with clinical teams to monitor patient flow processes and guarantee accurate, timely scheduling.
Staff Development: Provide day-to-day coaching, support, and guidance, while assisting with the recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development of the team.
Experience: Proven administrative background within a healthcare administration or patient services role.
Leadership Skills: Strong team coordination, supervisory, or leadership experience.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organisation, and sharp attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and patient management systems.
Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £35,500.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
