Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant, you will be at the absolute heart of our residents' lives, providing personalized care that goes far beyond daily tasks to truly enrich their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

• Support daily living: Gently assist residents with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and enjoying meals, always with the utmost kindness and respect.

• Champion independence: Encourage residents to maintain their dignity and self-confidence in their daily choices.

• Build lasting bonds: Cultivate trusting, warm relationships that bring real comfort and companionship to residents and peace of mind to their families.

• Deliver tailored support: Help implement and update personalized care plans that honor each resident's unique history, preferences, and wishes.

• Keep the home welcoming: Ensure a safe, cheerful, and secure environment during both day and night hours.
