About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to help you take the next step in your career as a Replenishment Supervisor in Gloucester. In this permanent part-time role, you will work closely with the Replenishment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, maintain optimal stock control, and ensure top-tier store fill levels for an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Guidance: Train, mentor, and equip your colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Warehouse Organization: Support the leadership team in keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and efficiently organized.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff strictly follow Health & Safety policies and meet all legal store requirements.
Customer Dedication: Drive a culture centered on delivering outstanding service and maintaining pristine store standards.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven background supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, quick decision-making, and the capability to think on your feet.
