About the Role
As a Bank General Assistant, you will provide cover across a variety of essential operational areas, ensuring the home remains clean, welcoming, and running smoothly on every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Domestic & Housekeeping: Carry out cleaning duties, sanitization, and room upkeep to maintain clean, safe, and pleasant surroundings.
Laundry Services: Assist with sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and distributing resident clothes and bed linens.
Catering Support: Help out in the kitchen and dining areas with basic food preparation, serving meals, and washing up.
Resident Interaction: Build warm, professional relationships with residents to foster a homely, comfortable atmosphere.
About You
No prior care home experience is necessary—full training is provided! We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
