About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Care Assistant for a full-time, permanent day position in Southport, Merseyside.
In this role, you will support residents with their daily living routines, ensuring they receive dignified, person-centered care and genuine companionship. Every day offers a varied and fulfilling schedule—from assisting with meals and refreshments to following care plans and spending quality one-on-one time with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care routines, mobility, and daily living activities.
Supporting residents with nutritional needs, hydration, and mealtimes.
Implementing and following tailored care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and individual preferences are respected.
Providing meaningful companionship and engagement to enhance residents' quality of life.
Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the wider care team.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a residential or care home setting.
Attributes: Compassionate, warm-hearted, and dependable with a positive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care.
