We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide personal, high-quality care to residents. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment where every individual feels truly valued.
Working closely with the broader care team, your everyday focus will center on supporting residents' emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether you are assisting with daily routines or building strong personal connections, you will help create a warm and nurturing environment that promotes independence and brings genuine comfort to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with essential personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime assistance, maintaining kindness and dignity at all times.
Assist in updating and maintaining accurate, personalized care plans that reflect each resident's unique wishes and needs.
Build trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families to promote a welcoming, safe, and positive community atmosphere.
Requirements
Compassionate, reliable, and organized nature with a genuine passion for supporting elderly residents.
Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt effectively to varied shift patterns.
Right to work in the UK and live within a reasonable commutable distance to Ripon, UK.
