About this role
As a Duty Manager, you will manage shift operations including club opening and closing, prospective member tours, and health & safety compliance. You will actively engage with members to foster strong relationships, drive sales targets with performance commission, and provide operational cover across the club.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily club shift operations, including opening/closing, health & safety enforcement, and team leadership.
Conduct tours for prospective members, build member relationships, and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.
Complete on-site lifeguard training to assist with covering lifeguard breaks as needed.
Requirements
Demonstrable sales experience with strong operational and supervisory capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to swim to a high standard and willingness to complete on-site lifeguard training.
