In this essential role, you will be key to upholding high standards throughout the store. From keeping aisles tidy and cleaning windows to maintaining shopping trolleys and clearing store grounds, your attention to detail ensures every customer enjoys a safe and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including windows, aisles, and trolley areas.

• Safety & Tidiness: Keep walkways and shopping aisles clear and hazard-free for customers and colleagues.

• Customer Representation: Provide friendly, approachable, and professional customer service whenever interacting with shoppers.

• Schedule Maintenance: Follow a structured cleaning schedule to keep all store areas consistently pristine.

What We’re Looking For

• Positive Attitude: Upbeat, dependable, and proud of maintaining exceptional cleaning standards (prior cleaning experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters most!).

• Organization & Efficiency: Highly organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Teamwork & Friendliness: A reliable team player with an approachable demeanor for representing the store well.

• Commute Readiness: Able to reliably travel to the Chelmsford, Parkway location for early starts (as early as 6:00 AM) or late finishes (up to 10:00 PM).
