Home Manager

As the Home Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the care home. You will provide strategic leadership to all staff, cultivate strong relationships with external healthcare stakeholders, and ensure full alignment with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily home operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, high care standards, and financial performance.

• Lead, inspire, and develop care home staff to nurture a high-performing, compassionate workforce.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Qualified RGN or RMN with an active, valid NMC pin.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with expertise in regulatory compliance and team management.

• Valid, unrestricted right to work in the UK and local commutable distance to Knebworth, UK.
