About the Role

As a Selector (Nights), you will be a vital part of a fun, close-knit warehouse team responsible for picking stock for specific stores and loading pallets accurately—ensuring products are ready for drivers to transport to store shelves.

Receiving order instructions via headset, you'll stay focused and detail-oriented to ensure store numbers match and paperwork remains 100% accurate. Without the great work done by warehouse teams during night shifts, there would be no products in stores for customers the next morning!

Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will receive dedicated support, guidance, and backing every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Picking: Receive clear order picking instructions through a headset to accurately select items for specific stores.

• Pallet Building: Load picked goods onto correct pallets safely and efficiently, ready for driver collection.

• Attention to Detail: Verify store numbers, check stock quality, and ensure all relevant paperwork is complete and accurate.

• Team Operations: Collaborate closely with team members to keep warehouse workflow running smoothly through the night.
