Contract Type: Bank / Zero-Hour Contract (Day & Night shifts available with flexible working patterns)

About the Role

We are partnering with the luxury Richmond Village Nantwich to find a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant on a flexible bank contract. As a Senior Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will play a pivotal role in running a unit, managing clinical duties, and leading a compassionate team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality personal care infused with kindness and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit and managing shift handovers.

• Oversee clinical duties including observations, administering medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records to support CQC compliance.

• Lead, manage, train, and support a team of Care Assistants to ensure new staff feel welcomed and valued.

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals like GPs and District Nurses.

• Assist residents with a comprehensive range of personal care duties.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Care (full support provided if needed).

• Previous experience in a senior care role with a solid understanding of clinical duties and care management.

• A motivated, positive, and resilient disposition with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
