About the Role
As a Bank Activities Assistant (Activities Coordinator) at Bamfield Lodge Care Home, you will help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support. Working on a flexible, casual basis to cover staff absences, your responsibilities will include:
Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to suit every resident's unique interests and abilities.
Getting to know residents and their families to design programmes focused on maximising wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Bringing our "celebrating life" ethos to daily life by inspiring residents and staff to get involved both within the home and the local community.
