In this full-time fixed-term role based on a hybrid arrangement in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week managing clinician schedules and diary availability. You will build and maintain work patterns using Excel, mitigate unplanned absences, analyze utilization reports, and align capacity with real-time patient booking demand across designated regional clusters in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Construct, load, and maintain clinical rotas and diaries for doctors, physiotherapists, and mental health therapists in Colchester, UK.
Monitor service demand in real time, implementing diary efficiencies and mitigating the impact of unplanned clinician absences in Colchester, UK.
Generate weekly operational reports, enforce booking SLAs, and liaise with site managers and contact center leads in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Proven background in resource planning, capacity management, or workforce scheduling, ideally within healthcare or contact centers in Colchester, UK.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and utilization reporting tools in Colchester, UK.
Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder communication skills in Colchester, UK.
