About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a high-performing and dedicated Night Manager for their Jarrow store. Working through the night, you will lead, empower, and support our overnight colleagues to ensure that shelves are fully stocked, standards are immaculate, and the store is 100% customer-ready for the thousands of shoppers walking through the doors the next day.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and empower overnight colleagues to put the customer first, delivering outstanding standards and performance targets.

• Market-Leading Availability: Oversee high-volume stock flow and replenishment to ensure flawless product availability across the store.

• People Management: Take full accountability for department routines, including scheduling, absence management, performance tracking, and talent development.

• Training & Development: Deliver comprehensive training so colleagues have the capability, confidence, and cross-functional flexibility to thrive.

• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with other operating departments and store management to drive overall store success.

• Management Experience: Proven background in managing a team within a fast-paced environment—whether in retail, hospitality, the service industry, or travel and tourism.
