About the Role

Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Residential Senior Carer to join the night team at The Spires. In this role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents, lead and inspire a team of care staff (including training, supervisions, and delegating duties), and support with medication administration, care plan reviews, risk assessments, and multidisciplinary liaison. Every day, you will help foster an environment that is warm, welcoming, vibrant, and respectful of our residents' dignity and preferences.
About You
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience working within a residential care setting, alongside proven team leadership skills.
Competencies: The ability to make appropriate, confident decisions to support resident wellbeing.
