Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Head Chef to join their brand-new care home in Wincanton, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to lead a kitchen team, create nutritious menus, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents in a modern, purpose-built care home.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team while maintaining exceptional food quality and safety standards.

• Plan nutritious, resident-focused menus and oversee stock control and kitchen budgets.

• Support and develop kitchen staff to ensure an outstanding dining experience for residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Chef Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Senior Sous Chef.

• Strong leadership, kitchen management, and budget control skills.

• Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and a passion for delivering high-quality meals.
