Salary: £13.50 – £14.47 per hour (With progression and pay rises linked to your time with Aldi)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Flexible contracts available between 10–30 hours per week

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be trained across multiple areas of the store to keep your daily workflow varied and engaging:

• Customer Care: Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service on the shop floor.

• Merchandising & Quality: Stock shelves quickly, maintain high presentation standards, and check product quality to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

• Checkout Management: Operate the tills accurately and efficiently to keep customer queues minimal and moving.

Supermarket experience is a great bonus, but it is not essential—your attitude matters most! We are looking for someone who is:
