At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we believe great care starts with great leadership. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of Care and Nursing Homes across Buckinghamshire.
In this pivotal, high-impact role, you will provide guidance and oversight to our Registered Managers—ensuring safe, person-centred care that meets regulatory standards, builds strong staff teams, and fosters excellent relationships with residents, families, and local partners.
About the Role & Responsibilities
Where You’ll Be Working: Multi-site oversight across care and nursing homes based in Hazlemere and surrounding areas in Buckinghamshire.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, empower, and support Registered Managers across multiple sites, keeping them motivated and equipped to manage their teams effectively.
Compliance & Regulation: Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and statutory obligations while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Workforce Strategy: Drive recruitment, retention, and workforce development strategies to ensure services are staffed with skilled, compassionate professionals.
Quality Assurance: Monitor operational performance using audits, KPIs, and structured service reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement positive change.
Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve escalated concerns, complaints, or safeguarding matters promptly and sensitively.
What We Need From You
Multi-site, senior management experience within a care home setting.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and statutory frameworks.
A hands-on, strategic, and people-focused leadership approach.
