Partnering with Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join the team at Braeburn Lodge. In this role, you’ll help residents enjoy each night and morning by providing high-quality care, support, and companionship. From assisting with daily living needs and following personalised care plans to sharing one-to-one time and warm conversations, no two shifts are ever the same. It is an incredible opportunity to put your people skills to meaningful use in a supportive environment.
About You
Experience: Some prior experience in caring for older people.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, empathetic approach with excellent communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
