In this part-time supervisory role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 20 hours per week managing daily cleaning operations and leading the cleaning team. You will coordinate with site management, assign areas of responsibility, enforce health and safety protocols, manage inventory and stock ordering, update digital records, and maintain a spotless, safe environment for members in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the cleaning staff, ensuring clear daily assignments, policy compliance, and high hygiene standards in Colchester, UK.
Manage stock ordering, track cleaning inventory, and update administrative records using site computer systems in Colchester, UK.
Act as the primary point of contact for equipment or facility issues, liaising closely with site management to maintain safety standards in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably within cleaning, facilities, or hospitality management in Colchester, UK.
