In this dynamic field-based role centered around Colchester, UK, you will lead, plan, and execute building-related minor works and annual bedroom refurbishment programs across the care home portfolio. Working alongside internal teams and external consultants from Colchester, UK, you will conduct regular site visits, manage contractor performance, oversee project budgets, and ensure all construction meets safety standards and minimizes home disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Scope required building works, conduct site visits, review proposals, and manage contractors to ensure high-quality project delivery in Colchester, UK.
Manage project progress, prepare snagging lists, sign off completed works, and monitor construction Health & Safety compliance in Colchester, UK.

Requirements
