About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit reliable, hands-on Customer Assistants for their Nights team in Norwich.

Working overnight, you will help unload deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure shelves are clean, tidy, and full so customers can always find what they need when the store doors open. You will also receive cross-training across other store areas like Market Street and Service, making flexibility and teamwork essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Work overnight to unload deliveries, replenish stock, and keep shelves clean, tidy, and fully stocked.

• Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Assist customers with a helpful approach and support query resolution when required.

• Provide flexible cross-functional support across other store departments, such as Market Street and Service.

• Ensure safe use of equipment and strict adherence to store processes.

What The Role Requires

• A helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.

• Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.

• Comfortable using in-store equipment safely and following established processes.

• Available for night shift patterns (22:00 – 6:00).

• Must be 18 or over due to night shift regulations.
