As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find compassionate care assistants for Cherry Garth Care Home in Holmer Green.
Tucked away in the heart of the Holmer Green community with easy access to High Wycombe, Cherry Garth is a modern, welcoming home offering 60 fully furnished individual rooms across four separate wings, complete with bright communal lounges and kitchenettes. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing laughs and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
