Salary: £90,000 - £95,000 per year (plus potential bonuses up to 100% and quality-based bonuses up to £10k)
Hours: 40.00 hours per week

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an inspiring and visionary Home Manager for Orchard House Care Centre.
In this premier leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of top-tier, person-centred care. Barchester empowers its Home Managers with a supportive framework, robust infrastructure, and the professional autonomy needed to successfully lead their home. You will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, marketing, occupancy, and compliance while building strong, positive links within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement.
Maintaining a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
Driving business success through effective marketing, financial management, and high occupancy strategies.
Fostering an open, honest, and supportive culture where quality of care remains at the heart of everything.
About You
To excel as a Home Manager with Barchester, you will need:
Inspirational leadership skills paired with a deep passion for person-centred care.
A proven, successful track record of care home management, marketing, and occupancy within the care sector.
Extensive experience running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding-rated care home.
A strong grasp of safeguarding, CQC, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and resilience skills.
