Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 or 48 hours per week (12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including alternate weekends)
About the Role
Are you compassionate, energetic, and looking to make a genuine, daily difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a dedicated Day Care Assistant to join the family at Tarring Manor, a 75-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Worthing.
In this rewarding daytime role, you will provide person-centred support that champions our residents' dignity, independence, and happiness, helping create a vibrant and warm environment that truly feels like home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised care and daily assistance to residents, respecting their dignity, choices, and independence.
Build meaningful, supportive relationships with residents and their families throughout the day.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
Put residents first in everything you do, from daily interactions and activities to nurturing a warm community atmosphere.
