In this part-time aquatic teaching role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 2 hours per week providing safe and effective swimming instruction to members of all ages and abilities. You will deliver one-to-one lessons and group classes, track learner progress, promote club membership benefits, and foster a positive, supportive learning environment in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-to-one and group swimming lessons for children and adults using the Swim England framework in Colchester, UK.
Engage and motivate swimmers to reach their goals while maintaining strict poolside safety protocols in Colchester, UK.
Act as a positive role model, communicate progress with members and parents, and promote facility amenities in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Mandatory ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Qualification in Colchester, UK.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills with a passion for aquatic education in Colchester, UK.
Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and varied age groups in Colchester, UK.
