About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to connect reliable, hardworking candidates with a fantastic opportunity at Morrisons in Aldershot.
Morrisons is looking for friendly, hands-on people to join their Replenishment team. Working right on the shop floor, you will ensure shelves are fully stocked with a wonderful variety of fresh and ambient products so customers can always get what they need, when they need it.
You will work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. You will also receive cross-training to support other areas of the store—such as Market Street or Customer Service—making this a great role for a flexible team player.
About You
We are looking for individuals who share Morrisons' passion for putting customers first. Ideal candidates will possess:
A helpful and friendly approach.
An enjoyment of staying active and being hands-on.
The ability to thrive in a busy, structured environment (and comfort with early starts from 4:00 AM).
Confidence in using equipment safely and following established processes.
A readiness to support customers and resolve their queries with a smile.
(Note: Applicants must be over the school-leaving age, and certain tasks may require candidates to be over 18 due to health and safety regulations.)
