Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit a dedicated Maintenance Assistant / Gardener on behalf of our client to look after the physical facilities and outdoor spaces of a welcoming care home in Brackley. In this varied role, you will take pride in ensuring internal living spaces remain safe and functional while keeping the garden areas pristine, attractive, and accessible for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building repairs, general facility maintenance, and regular safety checks across the premises.

• Maintain care home gardens, lawns, and outdoor grounds to high standards throughout the year.

• Address daily maintenance requests promptly to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

• Practical prior experience in both building maintenance and hands-on gardening work.

• A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach suited to a residential care setting.
