Working as a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver exceptional care. You will create a safe, supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions—from developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
Administer medication safely and oversee clinical procedures.
Make critical clinical decisions using sound professional judgment.
Develop detailed, person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
Foster a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment across day or night shifts.
Candidate Requirements (What You'll Need)
Current NMC registration (RGN).
Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and nursing standards.
Experience in producing detailed care plans and robust risk assessments.
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to person-centred nursing.
