Kitchen Assistant / Host

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Kitchen Assistant / Host to join their care home team in Chichester, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen environment and is passionate about providing excellent dining experiences for residents. You will support daily food service operations while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas.

• Support chefs with food plating, stock rotation, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

• Help deliver a welcoming dining experience and assist with catering for seasonal events and activities.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Passion for food preparation and delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
