You’ll inspire a high-performing team, elevate customer service standards, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain operational excellence in a lean, fast-moving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and empower your team to foster a positive, growth-oriented work culture.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily in-store execution, controlling costs, managing schedules, and optimizing overall store efficiency.

• Customer Experience: Drive a culture of outstanding service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and resolves inquiries professionally.

• Performance & Compliance: Meet and exceed challenging operational KPIs while ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, lean retail or operational environment.

• Strong track record of achieving KPIs through strategic time and cost management.

• Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

• Agile, visionary mindset with the ability to lead through change and drive business results.
