This three-year graduate programme ensures you gain a breadth of valuable retail experience early in your career. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different store formats—from small Express stores to large Extra stores—as well as Distribution Centres (DCs) and Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). Through diverse placements, plus a head office project, you’ll see how different parts of the business work hand-in-hand to serve customers better every day, ultimately setting you up for success to become a store manager and future senior leader!
Competitive Salary: £33,500 per annum.
Bonus Scheme: Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
