At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we focus on connecting reliable candidates with top employers. On behalf of our client, Aldi, we are recruiting permanent Warehouse Pickers (Chiller) for the early morning team at the Chelmsford Distribution Centre.

Every day is dynamic in this high-energy setting! Working in the Long Life Chill area (temperatures between 0–5°C), you’ll use a voice headset to accurately select chilled items, verify order documentation, and uphold high standards of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Chilled Order Picking: Select products in the 0–5°C chill area efficiently to meet daily picking targets.

• Detail-Oriented Checking: Carefully follow voice headset instructions and double-check paperwork for precision.

• Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to navigate warehouse aisles (full training provided).

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in a chilled environment (0–5°C) and energized by active physical work.

• Reliability & Early Starts: Dependable and punctual for early 4:00 AM start times.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when picking stock and checking order details.
