Salary: £19.63 to £24.46 per hour (depending on experience) + Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (36 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM shifts)

As a Clinical Unit Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will take charge of a unit or floor, leading by example and promoting the highest standards of care. You will deliver expert clinical guidance, mentor your team, assess resident wellbeing, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and local community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of a unit or floor, ensuring the team provides the highest standards of care while promoting resident independence, choice, and dignity.
Assess each resident's physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, maintaining accurate records at all times.
Deliver clinical guidance, motivate, and mentor the care team to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the home.
Build lasting, trusted relationships with residents, their loved ones, and local community partners to raise the home's profile.
What We Are Looking For
A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
A passion for caring for the elderly and infirm with a flair for helping people maintain their independence and dignity.
An effective communicator skilled at building strong, honest relationships and delegating effectively.
A respectful, compassionate team player ready to lead, motivate, and give their personal best.
