Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, positive, and motivated Care Assistant to join our night team. In this vital role, you will provide person-centred care that supports independence, honours choice, and ensures our residents feel safe, comforted, and cared for through the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from friendly companionship to specialized personal care.

• Observe, manage, and report on resident behavior and wellbeing changes in accordance with required legislation, maintaining accurate care plans.

• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs throughout the night and evening according to individual care plans.

• Provide physical and mental stimulation through calm, comforting social and recreational activities when required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• A naturally caring disposition, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication abilities with the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

• Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification (though full training and support are provided).
