Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (8 to 16 hour contract, various shifts)

Experience: Entry level (No previous retail experience required!)

Looking for a flexible, active role that easily fits around your life? We are searching for a friendly and motivated Customer Assistant to join the team at Lidl in Dorchester. This is a part-time position where you will keep moving, work closely with a great team, and ensure customers leave happy.

What You Will Do

Help Customers: Answer questions and provide great service on the shop floor.
Stock the Shelves: Unload deliveries quickly and keep the store tidy and well-stocked.
Bake and Refresh: Help top up the bakery with fresh goods and organize the popular middle aisles.
Pitch In: Work on the tills and help your team out wherever needed.
