Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.

• KPI & Financial Drive: Drive KPI performance, consistently meeting challenging operational targets, managing costs, and optimizing efficiency.

• Store Supervision: Oversee the execution and supervision of all in-store tasks to maintain high quality and presentation standards.

• Compliance & Escalations: Handle customer complaints with professionalism while ensuring full health & safety and due diligence compliance.

Contract & Salary Flexibility

• 45-Hour Contract: Full salary range from £52,910 up to £69,000.

• 40-Hour Contract Option: Flexible 40-hour contracts available (salary pro-rated accordingly).
