Care Assistant (Day)

As a Care Assistant (Day), you will play a central role in providing compassionate, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs of residents. Working alongside dedicated colleagues, you will assist with daily activities, promote resident dignity and independence, and ensure individual care choices are honored.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently assist residents with day-to-day personal care routines, including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families to promote comfort, security, and companionship.

• Contribute to updating and maintaining personalized care plans to ensure resident preferences and well-being are consistently met.

Requirements

• A caring, reliable, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals within a residential care setting.

• Clear communication skills with the flexibility to work daytime shift patterns effectively.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Norwich, UK.
