Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and meticulous Bank Housekeeping Assistant for Werrington Lodge Care Home.
In this flexible, casual role, you will help create a warm, clean, and homely environment that enables us to meet each resident’s unique needs. Keeping the care home immaculate, safe, and welcoming is vital to resident wellbeing. Through a variety of essential cleaning and housekeeping tasks, your work will directly impact and enrich the daily lives of residents, visitors, and support staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Ensure all communal areas, bedrooms, and facilities are clean, tidy, and safe.
Help create a warm, welcoming, and homely environment for residents and visitors.
Maintain attention to detail across all cleaning and safety protocols.
Provide flexible cover for planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave).
