Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Lidl to find collaborative, determined, and hands-on Customer Assistants.

As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, no two shifts are ever the same! From restocking shelves to operating tills, you’ll stay active and help keep business booming. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment while making sure every customer receives the exceptional service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, assisting customers with their questions, queries, and requests.

• Efficiently work and stock new deliveries as they arrive in store.

• Passionately provide top-tier customer service on the shop floor.

• Proactively keep the bakery stocked and fresh by baking goods throughout the day.

• Expertly merchandise and maintain the popular middle aisles of Non-Food products.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive hourly pay of £13.45 - £14.45 per hour.
