Role Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will help residents enjoy each day by providing high-quality care, support, and companionship. From assisting with daily living and meals to following care plans and spending quality one-to-one time with residents, your work will be as varied as it is rewarding.

Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Days

What We Are Looking For
To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need:
Some prior experience caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
A warm, empathetic, and compassionate nature dedicated to delivering high standards of care
