Front of House Manager
Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Flexible shifts between 6:30 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday to Sunday
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our Front of House, Switchboard, Administration, and Helpdesk functions at KIMS Hospital.

Lead, inspire, and develop the Front of House teams, fostering a collaborative environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
Champion the patient experience, ensuring that every patient, visitor, consultant, and colleague receives a friendly, professional, and efficient welcome.
Manage operational performance, rotas, resources, and service standards using patient satisfaction and feedback metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee patient appointments, booking systems, and administration across multiple departments while maintaining accurate records and handling queries smoothly.

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing reception, administration, or client service management role (ideally within private healthcare or high-quality customer service).
Proven experience as an inspiring leader with a strong track record of motivating teams, managing change, and building lasting working relationships.
Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
