Key Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care within the community, overseeing accurate care planning, safe medication management, and full regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of nurses and care assistants to uphold best practices and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and management to continuously drive quality improvement across the service.

Requirements

• Active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration with up-to-date revalidation.

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, alongside proven team leadership skills.

• In-depth understanding of care home regulatory frameworks coupled with decisive clinical judgment and strong communication abilities.
