About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we specialize in bridging the gap between great talent and fantastic workplace opportunities. We are currently looking for a motivated and efficient Stock Assistant on behalf of our retail client in Havant.

In this fast-paced environment, no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of the store operations, making sure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers. From checking incoming deliveries to maintaining product presentation, your work directly ensures a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Quickly and efficiently restock shelves to maintain optimum product availability for customers.

• Quality Control: Inspect incoming deliveries and check product quality, removing any items that fall below standard.

• Store Presentation: Ensure products are visually appealing, organized, and properly merchandised.

• Customer Support: Offer friendly and helpful service to shoppers whenever needed.

Skills & Experience

• Positive Attitude: Approachable, supportive, and ready to collaborate with the team.

• Fast-Paced Worker: Comfortable replenishing stock at pace and managing physical tasks in a busy environment.

• Reliable & Adaptable: Flexible with a proactive, can-do attitude tailored to dynamic store needs.

• Experience: Previous retail or warehousing experience is a bonus, but attitude matters most—full training will be provided!
