Key Responsibilities
Deliver fun, safe, and skill-focused swimming lessons to members across all age brackets and technical levels in Colchester, UK.
Provide tailored feedback during one-to-one and group coaching sessions to foster skill progression in Colchester, UK.

Requirements
ASA Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification (or equivalent recognized certification) in Colchester, UK.
Demonstrated track record of swimming coaching with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in Colchester, UK.
Strong target-oriented mindset and ability to adapt coaching methods to meet individual needs in Colchester, UK.
