Location: Ashminster House Care Home, Clive Dennis Court, Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LX
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Hours: Flexible / Bank (As and when needed to cover leave)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible)
Shift: Nights
About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant working night shifts, you will provide flexible cover to ensure residents receive continuous, high-quality support and companionship around the clock. From assisting with night-time routines, food and drink, and care plans to delivering comforting one-to-one time, every shift will be varied, meaningful, and deeply rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide flexible night-time care, personal support, and companionship to residents.
Follow tailored care plans and assist with nutritional needs during the night shift.
Build trusting, compassionate relationships and ensure a safe, calm, and reassuring environment.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will bring:
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people.
