Role Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will play a vital part in looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. You will create a safe, supportive environment and utilize your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions—from developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely.

Pay Rate: £22.08 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Days

What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Current NMC registration (Active PIN)
A strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing
