Hospitality Assistant
About this role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will work closely with the kitchen and care teams to ensure all food and beverage services run smoothly. You will serve prepared meals, maintain high standards of dining room hygiene, and foster positive, friendly interactions with elderly residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver prepared meals and refreshments from the kitchen to dining areas, serving residents in a courteous manner.
Prepare, set up, and tidy dining tables and service areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
Ensure refreshments remain accessible to residents throughout the day.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly, caring approach.
Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and flexibility to meet resident dining needs.
Unrestricted right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Alderley Edge.
